Pricing Summary

Standard Base Rate

• $40 per day for twice-daily check-ins (Feeding & watering up to 2 standard pets (dog, cat), mail, plants, lights, trash, and basic presence/security)

• Cat litter box check & spot scoop: Included daily

Optional Add-On Services

• Overnight stay: +$10 per day (includes up to 2 pets, indoor plant care, dishes, sweeping, light security, and mail)

• Additional pets (over 2): +$10 per pet, per day

• Dog walking: +$10 per pet, per walk (includes dog waste pickup during walk)

• Administer pet medications: +$5 per administration

• Outdoor plant/garden watering: +$5 per day

• Pool maintenance check: +$5 per day

• Additional cleaning beyond basics: +$10 per day

• Yard waste pickup or full dog waste yard service: Case-by-case pricing

• Special care (e.g., exotic pets, chickens, large outdoor animals like horses or goats): Pricing based on level of care required. All special care animals must be approved and agreed upon in advance during the pre-booking visit.

• Small mammals in cages (hamsters, rabbits, etc.): Ask for quote

• Fish feeding: Included unless exotic or high-maintenance

Deposit & Payment Policy

• 10% non-refundable deposit due at booking confirmation.

This deposit:

• 1. Confirms your booking and blocks off those dates

  2. Is applied to your total service cost 

  3. Is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason

  4. Remainder due within 48 hours of service completion
